Ambrosia
 
Ingredients:

1 20 oz can pineapple rings (drained & cut into 1/2" pieces) 1/3 cup (about that) sour cream
1 15 oz can mandarin oranges
(drained)
1/3 cup (optional) coconut
1-2 cups (to your liking) of small marshmellows
 
Instructions:
 
Gently mix all ingredients together & chill.
Ginger Snaps
 
Ingredients:

3/4 Cup shortening 1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Cup sugar 2 Teaspoons baking soda
1/4 Cup molasses 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1 Egg 1/4 Teaspoon cloves
2 Cups flour 3/4 Teaspoon ginger
 
Instructions:
 
Mix ingredients using mixer, then make balls about the size of large walnuts out of the cookie dough. Roll the dough balls in sugar and place onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350.
